Taiyaki!

I went to Japan last year and I've been craving their ice cream taiyaki ever since!

Bubblegum ice cream topped with a pink gumdrop and red sugar sprinkles. Finished it with a sour tape candy to resemble the fish's tongue.

Caramel ice cream topped with a milk chocolate covered wafer bar and chopped nuts, also added with roasted almonds along the sides of the mouth of the fish.

Rum flavored ice cream topped with raisins, raspberry sauce and a small bottle of liquor of choice.
